Wallah…my sound was restored. Finally used the toothpick method to take food color out of the headphone jack (not sure if there was any) and blow dryer on high setting to dry the phone. I tried plugging headphones in with case on and it didn't solve the problem, but did with case off!!! this contact form Saved me a trip out to the hardware shop to buy compressed air….
