Look around for something that says Legacy Support or something similar. (It may have USB legacy support) If it's disabled, enable it. I had a similar situation, and after an hour of fiddling around on the web for an answer, i noticed that my USB keyboard was LOCKED... OK, enough questions for now--I will help other posters on this great website while I wait for replies!
