Like some others here, I had to loosen mine a bit and water started flowing again. Be sure there are no crimps in the water line. Don't know what the FloodSafe valve looks like to try to "reset" it. I think something has changed in the manufacture of the filters in recent years such that the filter is actually putting up too much resistance to water flow. Please look in the fresh food section up near the top for model/serial sticker and post the number.
Thats probably where it is frozen. Seriously, the owner's manual should tell people to check the water tank within "The water dispenser will not operate properly" section of the troubleshooting guide. The issue I found was the line from the "fill tank" behind the crisper drawer leads directly under the freezers coldest part of the cabinet. The housing should not have anything to do with it.
